How I use your details

Short and plain. If anything is unclear, just ask.

Who I am

I am Barth Brayan D. Serceña, a web designer and developer based in Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines. I decide how your details are used, so I am responsible for them.

What I keep here

Your name, email and how you like to be reached, your business details, and your answers in the questionnaire.

The agreement you sign (your typed name, the time, and the address and device you signed from), the files you share with me, and a record of payments (amount, date, reference). I never ask for your card or bank passwords.

Why, and who sees it

To plan and build your website, make your agreement and invoices, remind you about steps that are waiting, and help you after launch. I do not sell it or use it for anything else.

Only I see it. I use a few services to run the work: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and, if we use one, Google Drive (a folder for your files). They handle your details for me and may store them outside the Philippines.

How long, and your choices

I keep your details while we work together, and after that only as long as I need them for my records, taxes and support.

You can ask to see them, correct them, have them deleted, or ask me to stop using them. Reply to any email from me. If you are not happy with how I handled them, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
